Assessment at the time of the 2nd Test (10
points on 2nd Test)
- Self-assessment: How has your commitment to, and fulfillment
of the assignments for this course been so far this semester?
Consider how well or carefully you have been doing the assigned
readings, how well-prepared you have been for most classes, how
fully or how helpfully you have participated in both small- and
large-group discussions. Where there is room for improvement,
you should identify specific strategies or plans for making improvements.
- Portfolio planning. It is time for you to be thinking about
specific assignments or projects that you plan to include in
the portfolio. You should also think about questions for or help
from Faith and Andy that might assist you in the process of putting
your portfolio together. You should also think about what items
or information will enable you to demonstrate progress in the
learning goals that you identified at the beginning of the semester.
With these things in mind, what plans or progress have you
made for your final portfolio? (Please note: your response
to this question is NOT a contract-- you may change your plans
as the semester progresses.) If you have made no plans or progress,
what ideas can you generate now?

- please note: all assessments must be typed and turned in
at the beginning of the test hour.
