Game Play
Every player rolls his dice first. To do this simply click on the large dice cup. The small cups next to the player names show you who has already rolled their dice. In the picture shown, everybody is waiting for JayJay. The numbers in brackets show you the amount of dice the players have left. The illuminated player is the one whos turn it is. If it's your turn you must perform one of 2 options.
- make a Bid
- call the last bid made
Making a Bid:
The aim of the bid is to guess the amount of dice of one type (1-5,Star). you are guessing how many of them are in the game by all players combined. If there are fewer then the amount you bid, you can lose dice. If there are more than the amount bid that is ok.
But you can only your own dice.
The Stars play a special role in the game. They are jokers: Which means they count towards the amount of 1s - 5s, for any bid made (In the example shown: one 1 (The Star joker), three 2s, one 3, two 4s, two 5s and at last 1 Star) To set your bid simply click on a Number which depicts the amount of dice. The red numbers are reserved for 'Star-bets'. To set your bid to five 4s, just click on the number 5(thats the amount). A dice will appear next to the number. To change the number on the dice click on it a few times until you have the type of dice you want. If you have set the bid you wanted a click on the OK next to the dice will set your bid.
Every player must set a higher bid than his/her previous player. You can see the white die which is the bid of your previous player shows you this player. . There are two ways to set a higher bid: Set on the same number of dice a higher value on the dice. Or simply set the amount of dice on a higher field.
Calling a bid:
If you do not wish to raise the bid you can call the bid. You call the bid when you think that it is too high.
To call, you click the large the dice cup. instead of setting a higher bid by clicking on the large dice cup.
When a player calls the bid, all of the dice are shown. If the bid is correct(or lower than the actual amount) then the player that called the bid loses dice. If the bid was too high then the bidder will lose dice.
The amount of dice lost is the difference between the bid amount and the actual amount.
Remember stars count towards any bid.
If the bid is exact, then the caller loses 1 die.
Game End
When you lose your last die, you are eliminated from the game.
The last player that has dice left is the winner.
