Procedure
- Compare the transmission electron microscope image of
the cell organelles in Figure 1.12
to the image of that organelle in the light microscope
(Exercise 1.7).
- List the organelles observed with each type of
microscope, indicate their size and diagram a comparison of
each organelle observed at the two levels.
