September 11 – seed collection (10:00  a.m.)

September 25 – seed collection (10:00 am)

October 9  – seed collection (10:00  a.m.)

October 23  – seed collection (10:00  a.m.)

November 13 – brush control (10:00  a.m.)

December 4 – brush control (10:00  a.m.)

December 11 – brush control (10:00  a.m.)

 

Bring: work gloves, lunch and water (optional)

Wear: hiking/work boots, hat, long pants, and layers of clothing

Directions from St. Peter:  east out of town on hwy 99 (past Whiskey River);  1 mile from St. Peter Food Coop on hwy 99 turn north (left) on Ottawa Bluffs Road, county hwy 23.  Go about 4 miles north on 23 and look for Nature Conservancy signs on the right.  This is immediately after a small housing development.  Park along the road.  (If you cross the railroad tracks by the Unimin plant you’ve gone too far.)
