Adventures with Automobiles

My other passion is cars...learning, building, racing, and going to races.  I’ve been to the Indy 500 four times, Pike’s Peak IRL race once, Pike’s Peak Hill Climb once, the F1 US Grand Prix five times (including the infamous non-race), NHRA US Nationals three times, and raced my own car on the strip at IRP three times.  I’ve also been to the Minneapolis/St. Paul Auto Show twice, Indianapolis Auto Show twice, Chicago Auto Show too many times to count, and the Detroit Auto Show once.  I like electronics too and have installed four car stereos, two including all the speakers in the car, and had lots of mechanical adventures.  Unfortunately, I didn’t have my digital camera over the entire 16 years I have been a car addict, but here is a collection of photos briefly reflecting my adventures with cars over the last ten years.
