Suggested exam study tactics

• Look over your old homework assignments.
• Look over worksheets and in-class exercises.
• Do a few of the odd-numbered review problems and check-your-understanding questions at the end of the chapter.
• For each section of the text that will be covered on the exam, write a summary of the main ideas in the section, and note how you can use the ideas to solve problems.
• Review concepts and problems from the GNAW perspectives:
  • Graphical/geometric
  • Numerical
  • Algebraic/analytic
  • Words
