Calculus II

Catalog description:
A continuation of Calculus I. Topics to be covered include:
techniques and applications of integration, polar coordinates,
parametric equations, an introduction to and the uses of infinite
series, including power series and Taylor series, the basics of
ordinary differential equations.
Prerequisite: MCS 121 (Calculus I) or MCS 131 (Honors Calculus I)
This course meets the QUANT (quantitative reasoning) general
education requirement.
Announcement:
The final exam for sections 1 and 3 will be given in Olin 318
from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 22.
