MCS 256 Exam 2

This exam will be given in class on Thursday, March 20.

It will be a closed-book exam. You may use one new 3"-by-5" note card with anything you want written on both sides and your old Exam 1 3"-by-5" note card.

The exam will focus on problems and questions related to the topics in the Unit 2 Outline under the following headings.

(We'll cover recurrence relations in more detail in Unit 5, and we can review "Solving first-order linear recurrence relations" then. Also, the material we're covering under How to count will be included in Exam 3.)

You should definitely review the homework problems for this unit.
