Additional notes:

  • Emptying food (into the trash) and liquids (down the drain) from containers before putting them in the recycling or trash containers will really help.  If you are in the Campus Center, you can put food waste in the containers marked “Composting”.  Thank you!
  • Small cardboard containers (e.g. cereal boxes) can go in the Recycling/Commingling container.
  • Corrugated cardboard can be left beside the recycling containers or taken to the recycling collection area in your building.  You can help by flattening cardboard boxes.
  • You can still take Gustieware, dishes, cups, glasses and silverware back to the Dining Service dish room carousel yourself.
