Recommendations: Another recommendation for North Hall is the introduction of motion detection lights in the hallways and restrooms. We think this would be a great idea because the lights are all on at all hours of the night when no one is really benefiting from them. The school could also buy more energy efficient washer and dryers because dryers consume a lot of energy in the building. The final recommendation and maybe the most influential would be to promote ideas of conserving energy to North Hall residents. The school could do this by putting up posters and friendly reminders to students to shut off their lights, turn the water off when brushing their teeth, turn their heat down, etc.
