The latest Chapter of Naruto Shippuden is out now. Chapter 386 titled, "My New Light!"

In "My New Light!" the chapter brings us more of
the Sasuke v Itachi fight. In which Itachi reveals
why he destroyed the Uchiha clan and that he did
not do it alone... An excellent chapter that puts to
rest many questions about Uchiha Madara and the
Mangekyou Sharingan.
