Application

  3. The application is processed through Rental Research.
    • Rental Research runs the credit and criminal check.
    • Their website can be checked at Rental Research.
  4. The applicant is required to have:
    • At least a 650 Fica score,
    • An income of at least 2.5 times the rent,
    • No criminal record or unlawful detainer action (court action to throw out).

Eviction

  • If rent is not paid by the 5th of each month, the eviction process is started unless the renter makes some other suitable arrangements.
  • Violation of any other rental terms can also be cause of eviction.
