Rice University hosts a web site which provides useful demonstrations of statistical priniciples. I use this site for demonstrations periodically during the course. I strongly recommend it to you.

Rice Virtual Lab in Statistics

Dartmouth College hosts a website on Chance both to provide guidance to statsitics teachers and to give examples of the application of statistics. Their website can be found at:
