  Chapters 3, 4, 5, 7 with some materials from chapters 1 & 2

Exam Format:
  Closed book, closed notes, no mobile devices.
  Can bring in a notebook-sized hand-written note.  Both sides are ok for use.
  No computer-generated printout allowed.
