Please note that this semester, due to Covid-19, the schedule will be much more flexible. The first day of "lecture" will be on Wednesday, September 2nd, a video lecture will be posted by 11:30AM. The first day of labs will be on Wednesday, September 2nd for some and Thursday, September 3rd for others. Both lectures and labs will be virtual (at least for the first few weeks). Please check the lab section you are registered in and attend your labs accordingly.

Other than my office hours, I have arranged for virtual night tutors. You will find that there are quite a few night tutoring sessions weekly. I encourage you to attend as many as possible.
Your virtual night tutors are Filip Belik, Maddie Sandish and Thomas Hugart. Please note that Filip and Thomas are tutoring for MCS-177, MCS-178, as well as MCS-284; while Maddie is tutoring for MCS-177 and MCS-178.

One of the biggest challenges students face in this course is dealing with the complexity of the lab assignments. To be clear, you will need to finish four very challenging assignments, thus, the key for surviving in this course is to utilize the help offered outside of the classroom.
