An electronic portfolio is a collection of work that demonstrates a student's progress, effort, and achievement over the course of a semester. The electronic portfolio created in EDU 241 is an online portfolio for sharing a student's resumé, lesson plans, technology projects, and more. See below for some ePortfolios created in past EDU-241 classes. Please note that the guidelines have changed since these example ePortfolios were created. These examples are intended to provide EDU 241 students with a framework for the creation of their ePortfolios.

Smartboards are used in many classrooms with the aim of providing interactive learning experiences that motivate students. The objective of this activity is for you to become familiar with the smartboard's interface and explore how smartboards can effectively be used in the classroom. During one of the last two classes, you will present a short activity (15 - 20 minutes) that incorporates the smartboard. This presentation, which can be completed with one of your classmates, should include content from your major/core concentration. The smartboard will be introduced in the beginning of the semester. Following this introduction, it will be your responsibility to continue to familiarize yourself with smartboard outside of EDU 241 classtime. The smartboard overview and guide is located in the Mattson Hall comptuer lab.
